The VA Bar is a supportive Community and a VA online Academy for aspiring Virtual Assistants. I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost four years. Freelancing knows no origin, gender or even age. What's even more amazing, is that it won't require you to be a decorated employee in the past before you can find a client. What matters is how much you geared up today. Whatever your circumstances are, it's you and how skilled you can become that matters. So cast your worries aside, newbies or not, prep up, give your all, amuse, and amaze them!

You can learn a lot from the people you work with. Learn from them, their passion for their work, their drive to succeed, and their ability to make things happen in spite of all odds. The best thing about being around other people is that you can get a lot of inspiration from them.

They're not just doing what they do because it's the only way to survive, or because they've been told to do it. They're doing it because they love it, and that love makes them happy. You might not know what they're thinking or how they feel, but you can still learn from their actions, words, and reactions. It's also important to remember that not everyone has the same experiences as you do, and that's OK! You only need to make your own unique mark for yourself!

The best way to invest in yourself is by doing things that make you happy, like learning new skills and taking on challenges. It's not just about the money, but it's also about the experience and the relationships you'll make along the way.
